Watchmen

Watchmen (2009) is Zack Snyder’s feature adaptation of the DC-published graphic novel by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. Set in an alternative 1985 shaped by costumed vigilantes and Doctor Manhattan, it is a self-contained story examining power, politics, morality and the superhero idea rather than part of a shared DC film universe.
