Description
An original Bronze Age copy of Batman #328, published by DC Comics with an October 1980 cover date.
Featuring “Double Jeopardy!”, a novel-length Batman thriller, this issue presents the Dark Knight with a particularly difficult mystery: a man has been found not guilty of murder, yet openly boasts that he committed the crime.
How can Batman bring a confessed killer to justice when the courts have already acquitted him?
The issue features an eye-catching Joe Kubert cover, combining Batman in action with dramatic scenes of crime, danger and suspense. Its central declaration — that a murderer has escaped conviction and believes Batman can never prove his guilt — makes this an especially memorable detective-themed cover.
The comic also includes an eight-page bonus story involving a mystery from Commissioner Gordon’s past, adding further appeal for readers who enjoy Gotham City’s classic detective adventures.
