Description

Savage Tales #6, published by Marvel Comics / Curtis Magazines in September 1974. This oversized Bronze Age black-and-white magazine stars Ka-Zar, Lord of the Hidden Jungle, and features a superb fully painted cover by legendary artist Neal Adams. The issue originally contained 68 pages and carried a 75¢ US cover price.

The lead story, “The Damnation Plague,” sends Ka-Zar into another dangerous adventure in the Savage Land, combining prehistoric creatures, jungle action and the more mature storytelling permitted by Marvel’s magazine format. The issue also contains additional adventure material, including a Brak the Barbarian feature.
