Spider-Man: Far From Home combines ideas from more than one period of the comics, so its source material is better read as a group than as one direct adaptation. Start with The Amazing Spider-Man #13, then compare it with Amazing Spider-Man #311 and Spider-Men #1–5. Reading the references alongside the movie makes it easier to see what the filmmakers retained, combined or reinvented for the screen.
