Synopsis

Kraven the Hunter has spent years trying to prove himself superior to Spider-Man. Now, in his final and most dangerous hunt, he puts a devastating plan into motion.

After apparently defeating Spider-Man, Kraven buries him alive and takes on his identity, determined to demonstrate that he can become a better Spider-Man than Peter Parker himself.

Meanwhile, the terrifying Vermin stalks the streets of New York, and Spider-Man must fight his way back from the grave to confront a hunter driven beyond obsession.
